Employment is a key indicator of economic impact. Documenting job creation (both direct and indirect) provides a clear picture of how the reserve benefits the local economy.
We have three staff members who work directly with us and are committed to the reserve’s mission and vision. Additionally, 28 people work with us indirectly, assisting with beekeeping, reforestation, facility maintenance, and animal care.
